Hey gorgeous! Welcome to my world, Strategy & Soul for the Rising Entrepreneur! I’m Sarah Rose, the Launch Your Own Business Strategist and founder of Sarah Rose Global, a worldwide coaching brand that uses a blend of mindset and business strategy to empower ambitious women just like you to gain the confidence that you absolutely can create your own wildly successful business, working online flexibly from anywhere in the world, earning what you’re worth, and designing a life you love!

Visibility has been the buzzword in my circles over the last week or two, so today I wanted to share with you my top 3 tips on why it’s so important to show up consistently every day in your business, and a few of my top strategies on how to do so.

1. Whether you’re looking to start or scale your business, networking is a big component. The larger your circle, your following, your influence, the faster your business will grow. Get around people who are more successful than you, who will pull you forward, who you can collaborate with. You could start by joining a local women’s entrepreneurial group where you can learn and grow together, building relationships that will eventually turn into friends, clients, and referrals. Join Facebook Groups that are within your niche, you’ll meet the most amazing women! Not by spamming your products and services, but just by introducing yourself, interacting, and adding value. If you build rapport with someone, then you can take it to a conversation in DM and ultimately a networking phone call where you can learn what each other do and find ways to collaborate. From using these techniques this week alone, I’ve booked in countless calls, had a strategy session with the incredible mindfulness and mindset coach Jen Robinson (you’ve got to know about her, and can check her out at https://peacefullivingwellness.com/!) who has given me so many incredible ideas, as well as the opportunity to be a regular guest writer on her blog! I’ve also been offered another blogging opportunity, and three invitations to speak on a podcast. You never know where someone might come across you and your mission! Opportunities abound! But only if you’re putting yourself out there. If you hide behind your computer all day working on SEO and back office stuff, it’s going to be a long journey. Success loves speed, so use these tips to get yourself out there and build your business fast!

2. Get a DMO and work it diligently! Your Daily Method of Operation should be locked in to your calendar, so you know where and how to be showing up every day across all your platforms. And even if the idea makes you want to go back to bed and throw the covers over your head, you’ve gotta hit that LIVE button and just do it. At least once a week. Going live boosts your engagement, and it’s also a great way to take your audience behind the scenes and along for the ride on your journey. Even if you”re just starting your business today, share your fear, share your excitement, share what you’re working on. Again, you’re not showing up in your posts or lives to sell and spam, but to add value by empowering, educating or entertaining by being your most authentic self. When you show the good, the bad and the ugly, you become relatable to your followers, and they’ll grow to know, like and trust you, and guess what! That’s when they are going to start reaching out to YOU instead of the other way around, and you always have people in your pipeline and conversations going. That’s where you’ll find your next client or team member! Make sure you include a strong CTA (call to action) at the end of your lives and posts so people know where to find you and how to reach out to you. If you’d like to know what my DMO looks like and how I never run out of content to post about, reach out to me any time at http://bit.ly/sarahroseglobal or in DM on the Gram http://www.instagram.com/sarahroseglobal, I’d love to share what’s working over here!

3. Collaborations are key! I love connecting with femalepreneurs and seeing how we can put each other forward. That could look like a joint offline event, an online live or podcast interview, a public speaking engagement, speaking in a FB group, speaking at a retreat, or trading referrals. And if you offer a product, why not reach out to service-based businesses to see if they would be open to adding a product line to add value to their client base while generating another stream of income for themselves? If you offer a service-based business, why not connect with a business woman who offers a product line? If you run one without the other, you could be leaving heaps of money on the table!

More than anything, be kind to yourself. Keep learning as much as you can as fast as you can, execute and test and try out the strategies until you find what resonates and works best for you. There isn’t just one way to build a business, and these things can take some time, often 3-5 years or more to get where you want to be. So be in it for the long game, have fun, and remember when you combine the law of attraction with the law of action, that’s when the magic happens!

Speaking of which, you’re in luck because I’ve just opened up 5 spaces to work with me in February, but you’ve got to act now as these spots will go fast! Reach out to me at http://bit.ly/sarahroseglobal to connect, and let’s book in your call ASAP so I can learn what you’re looking to achieve, share more with you about how we’ll be working together, and the next steps to get started! I can’t wait to welcome you as one of my five!

Strategy & Soul for the Rising Entrepreneur: Let’s Get Organized! Prepping for Success

Hello gorgeous! Welcome to my blog Strategy & Soul for the Rising Entrepreneur! I’m Sarah Rose, your guide to helping you create your dream business working flexibly online, allowing you to earn what you’re worth and design a life you love!

This week I want to dive into getting organized for success, because it’s true that you have to go first, and the universe will follow. That means if you’ll start taking action now, moving in the direction of pursuing all that you want, big shifts will start to happen before your very eyes. Doors will open to you and people and opportunities will come into your life that you never dreamed possible! But it’s not going to drop into your lap unless you take some proactive steps to get the ball moving. So let’s start with some basic strategies to get you prepping for success from today forward.

Attraction Marketing 101: Clean up your social media feeds. Remove any photos or posts of you drunk, swearing, criticizing someone, anything political or controversial or negative. Make sure you have a great profile picture of just you looking into the camera, no sunglasses, no cats, dogs, kids or funky filters. It doesn’t have to be professional, but it does need to be updated and fresh.

Your cover photo can showcase your lifestyle, you doing you and what you love with whom you love. You can also create a professional looking cover in Canva (http://www.canva.com) a free drag and drop website that I use almost daily to create covers, posts, events, etc. You could add a photo of yourself and text with your four core pillars. These are the things in your life that you’re most passionate about. Maybe that’s being a mama; maybe it’s that you’re embarking on a journey of transformation either spiritually, financially or pertaining to health and wellness. Maybe it’s that you’re into fundraising or sports or you’re a travel junkie or yoga fanatic. Basically, your cover introduces you to your audience, attracting the people to your page who are gonna love your stuff and repelling the people who won’t. And that’s a good thing, it means you’ll be building your community of warrior women who are going to love your content, want to hang out in your space, and buy whatever it is that you’re selling! Get over FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) on the people who won’t want to follow you, if you’re marketing to everyone you’re diluting your message and you’ll be marketing to no one. This way you’ll nail your niche from the start (more on this to come!).

An example of my Facebook Cover Photo

Your feed is your free tv channel, so how you portray yourself and what you’re posting about needs to flow and be in alignment so that it makes sense to your audience and who you’ll be attracting. When you show up consistently every day to post only about your four core passions, your audience won’t be able to get enough of your soul-led content!

Is this making sense so far?

Then if you haven’t already, stop what you’re doing right now, and go on Amazon to purchase a beautiful calendar that resonates with you, that you get excited every time you look at it and touch it. My favorite is the Law of Attraction planner because I can look at my month and weeks at a glance, and have plenty of space to add in my DMOs (Daily Method of Operation), plus there are so many inspiring quotes, journal prompts, intention and goal setting exercises, and of course stickers. Because secretly, who doesn’t love stickers?

Then as soon as it arrives, take the time to sit down and map out your entire year. If you have children, pull up their school calendar for this year and the next school year on Google. Go ahead and write those dates in, as well as holidays, birthdays, any travel plans you have, classes, or other work obligations and/or personal commitments. That way as you start taking action daily and your business starts to build, you don’t overbook or double book yourself; plus you’ll see how much time you really do have to invest every single day into growing your business. Make personal growth and development a part of your DMO as well, create space and time each day for meditation, listening to a podcast and/or reading something that will solidify your mindset and teach you the strategies you need to take yourself from where you are today to where you want to go tomorrow and beyond.

And yes to squeeze it all in, you may have to get up a bit earlier or stay up a bit later. This week I changed up a few habits and it’s amazing how much extra time I have in my day, just by setting my alarm 15 minutes earlier and getting straight into the shower. Before, I’d sleep until the last minute, get my daughter to school and start my morning routine when I got home. And some days I would spend in yoga clothes, pjs or my robe, no makeup, hair in a bun, and not get in the shower until like one or two in the afternoon! If you’re serious about growing into the woman who can be, do and have it all, you’re going to have to shake it up a bit and do some things differently! In becoming her, you’ve got to go ahead and do the things she would do now. Again, you go first and the Universe will follow. Sloths we are not!

If you love these tips and want to learn more about how to build an automated online business without the grind and hustle, reach out to me at http://m.facebook.com/createsuccesswithsarah with your email address so I can add you to my list and we can stay in touch! BUSINESS BY DIVINE

by Sarah Rose

Welcome gorgeous soul to my blog Business by Divine, where I guide ambitious women back to their confidence and help them overcome their fears so that they can build a business of their dreams that will allow them to earn what they’re worth and design a life they love. You’re here because you’re either looking to start or scale a business, so let’s get into some mindset techniques today that will help you do just that, setting yourself up for success from day one.

This is the eighth blog post in a series of studying the 12 Universal Laws, and I’m all about today’s one, the Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy. Huh? What does this even mean and how does it pertain to business?

I think a colleague I met on a panel at a speaking engagement yesterday put it best. If you already know who you are, then you’re stagnant, you’ve stopped growing.

You see, to be an entrepreneur, to grow into the woman who has it all, you have to come from a be-do-have mentality, not the other way around. You can’t have it all until you grow into the woman who deserves it all. It may not sound fair, but it’s true. Imagine being handed success on a silver platter without having had to work for it. Yawn! What kind of a story would you have to tell from the stage or in your bestselling book? You wouldn’t have a story at all. We have to work for what we want.

But not in that hustle-slay-repeat kind of garbage that we’re being fed all over social media. That’s the surest route to burnout. Instead we need to go to work harder on ourselves than anything else. BE come the woman who has it all. I’m not saying to “act as if” by going into debt buying the Louboutins and the Louis Vuitton bag so your profile pic looks like you have it all. That’s not cool and it’s not authentic. No, what I mean is wake up like she would wake up. Would she be resentful and angry and pissed off at the world? Or would she be happy, grateful, and excited to get to work building a business she loves coming from creativity, high vibes, and aligned in mind-body-and soul? Would she shove a bagel in her mouth and wash it down with coffee, racing out the door and screaming at the kids to just come on already; or would she wake up earlier, put some classical music on, enjoy a glass of aloe, a cup of bullet coffee, be on the intermittent fasting routine while setting her intentions for the day or reading a few pages of a personal growth and development book; get the kids to school on time and return to her beautiful home office to dive into her life’s purpose? Would she hang out with negative Nancy’s and naysayers and people who call her dreams crazy? Or would she get in with a high-vibe group of powerful women who are more successful than she is who pull her forward and give her the kick in the pants when she needs it? Would she complain and moan and bitch and gossip, or talk about what IS going right in her world and what she’s grateful for?

All of the above strategies are FREE P.S. and don’t require going into debt. As you dive into this journey of thinking more powerful thoughts (which do become things by the way), you’ll see why BEING her right now is so important. You’ll catch yourself in your negative energy and reach for a better feeling by getting outside in nature, reading a book or listening to a podcast or a song that gets you back on track, hanging out with your bestie, playing with your kid or your dog.

Then you’ll be able to DO the things she would do. Like taking deep breaths, spending more time outside and doing the things she enjoys with the people she loves being around. Without the stress and anxiety. You won’t feel like you’re forcing life anymore because you’re not chasing after the things. You’re not on hustle-slay-repeat burnout mode anymore because you’re at peace with your thoughts and your actions, you are confident that you’re on the right path and that your success is inevitable. You’ll show up every day consistently like she would do in her business, sharing your journey and all that you are learning, doing, and achieving with your growing audience. Who will be showing up in your inbox asking how they can come to work with you.

The achievements will stack up one on top of the other, and you’ll be attracting the right people while repelling the ones who don’t. Your work isn’t for everyone, but that’s okay because when you keep being and doing you, you WILL HAVE IT ALL.

So think good thoughts, be so confident in where you are going that you stay in a high vibe, and that’s going to be what shows up in your work, your day to day life, which is your reality. You can create your reality. Think it into existence, see it before it is delivered, and believe in yourself and your higher power that IT is all on it’s way because it is.

If today’s post resonates with you, let’s connect further at http://bit.ly/sarahroseglobal. I’d love to know what your needs are, share some information about working with me, and guide you on your journey to success! I can’t wait to hear from you!

Being Self Motivated

by Sarah Rose

Hello gorgeous friends! Can you believe we are already on week six of delving deeper into the seven core principals for getting to the top in your network marketing business? If you’re reading this, you’re probably an ambitious woman who is stuck in a corporate job with little to no flexibility and you’re looking for a way out; or you’re already an entrepreneur or business owner looking for another stream of income to offset your expenses; or you’re a stay at home mom who is looking for something more out of life and a way to work from home around your children’s schedule; but you just don’t know where to begin. Great news: I’ve been there, I know the struggle! And now I’m on a mission to empower 100 women to earn what they’re worth and create a life they love. So I’ve got your back and you are in the right place! As you set off on your path, you want to make sure your mind is organized and ready for the journey ahead, and that’s why I wrote my eBook 7 Core Principals for Getting to the Top in Your Network Marketing Business, which you can download here for FREE http:// https://sarahroseglobal.lpages.co/freebie to help you achieve success faster than you could ever imagine! Keep reading to learn more about today’s topic: being self-motivated.

To motivate is to provide with a motive: a reason to take action. Motivation is the by-product of desire. Desire and motivation are joined at the hip, neither can exist without each other. They exist at the same level, which is why we must get clear on what it is we are willing to work for, to fight for, to get up earlier every morning and stay up later every night (in the beginning anyway, while you’re getting your business set up properly), to show up even on the days when we don’t want to. When the why gets clear, the how gets easy and the universe will open doors to you that you never dreamed possible, people will come into your life that you could never have imagined, and you’ll know you are on the right path and your success is inevitable. What is your greatest desire? Mine is to make my daughter Sophie’s life a masterpiece and show her the world. And I’ve been able to do just that, building a business from scratch when we had just lost everything and had limited resources. If I can do it, so can you.

We only have this one crazy life, so why aren’t we all running towards our desires like a house on fire? No one else can motivate you, it has to come from within. Nor can you really motivate anyone else, you can certainly inspire and empower, but motivation is an inside job. Go to work harder on yourself than anything else, get a personal growth and development strategy and never miss a day of learning something that will help you scale to the next level and fast. The books we read and the people we surround ourselves with are who we become, so get around people who are way more successful than you and create a new circle that will pull you forward rather than hold you back. This new circle may be local where you’re able to get together often; or it may be new friends or mentors you meet in the online space that you message with and interact with in a group scenario. Reach out to me at http://m.me/createsuccesswithsarah if you want to know my number one growth tool for getting around like-minded, happy, positive, female entrepreneurs who pull each other forward and share mind-blowing strategies to help you earn what you’re worth and create a life you love FAST.

As you start to build your team, you’ll have people come into your business who will promise you the world and tell you they are so hungry to get to the top they can taste it, and you will want so badly to believe them. The truth is, you can’t depend on just one or a handful of people for your success, so you always want to be sponsoring new life into your team. Actions speak louder than words, and those who keep telling you they are trying or they hope it happens, remember their attempt to verbally convince you is just talk. Don’t wait around on anybody, keep building your team and you’ll find your superstars!

Be enthusiastic, you can’t light a fire with a wet match! You can’t excite others if you are not excited yourself. Contagious enthusiasm sells. Enthusiasm is contagious, and before you know it, those around you will be more energetic and expectant of good things to come, and those will be your leaders. Be that person who is so certain of getting to the top that every person who comes in contact with you will feel the power of purpose radiating from you.

Quit procrastinating. Be a self-starter so you can get the things done that will get you to the top. Only you know what you need to do, so figure it out and do it as soon as you can. Pity those who always put everything off to the last minute, for they rarely get to the top of anything in life. It’s a do it to yourself world, so stop evaluating and start doing!

If you want it tomorrow, go to work for it today, it’s as simple as that.

If today’s kick in the pants article resonates with you, tag two friends and share it, and you’ll earn a FREE half hour consultation with me to learn more about how you can start your own successful business and go self made! See you at the top rock star!

Become a WOW Woman

Hello beautiful friends! Today we are exploring the fifth of the seven core principles for getting to the top in your own business: becoming a WOW woman. As you begin to master these seven principles, you’ll know you are on the right path and that your success is inevitable. You can download the ebook herehttps://sarahroseglobal.lpages.co/freebie, but make sure to read through today’s blog post where we delve deeper in an interview with our fabulous guest Jasmine Jones of Beauty and the Network.

How did you decide to Go Self Made and start your own beauty business?
The entrepreneurial bug bit me at a very early age. I can remember back to the time when I was in middle school using my Halloween candy as inventory to sell to other kids at the play ground; up until the time when I was in high school starting my own Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day baskets to sell to family members, church members and anyone that I could come in contact with. After I graduated from cosmetology school, I knew that I wanted to be in charge of my own hours, how much income I was going to make, and the prices that I charged. I decided to step out and give it a chance at age 19! In today’s world I believe EVERYONE needs to find at least 1-2 ways that they can generate and bring in their own income whether that be a company they join with or something they start on their own.

How did you grow your business so big so fast that you had to hire a team?
My mindset shifted when I realized the only way for my company to grow was to hire on additional talent. I was a one-woman show and I was having to turn down bookings left and right because I was already booked personally. I knew that if I wanted to expand that meant getting more girls so I could duplicate what I was already doing. It was a slow process because I needed everyone to mesh together; I’m not a fan of big egos.

The faster way that I grew my business though was through collaborations and networking. Getting in front of people so they could see our team’s work. I found a reason to start a conversation with anyone I felt would be an amazing resource to refer to our future clients. I made so many great connections and they started recommending me left and right. I knew that I needed to grow before I was ready so that when the bookings started coming in I would be fully staffed to handle the load. I used to wait until the perfect moment to put a plan into action but I realized very quickly that if I started to operate from a view point that things were already booming that I would set myself up for success other than waiting until the load got crazy then trying to scramble to make things work. I’m a firm believer that the universe will never give you an opportunity that you are not prepared for..so the sooner you get ready the better!

What made you decide to scale your service-based business into the online space?

This is such a great question! After growing my business and my team I started having additional free time because I didn’t have to take on all the bookings myself anymore, I was able to start booking my girls on gigs while I stayed home and worked on the business side. My business had reached a milestone and I wanted to achieve more growth, so I started looking into some of the goals that I’d written for myself and got back into some of the things that really lit me up and that I was also teaching. Last year I took the time to attend a cosmetology instructors course and for six weeks that was my happy place. I wanted to do more teaching but I’m not a fan of being in one spot for too long so I though about teaching different subjects online. This way I could still teach even while on vacation or while traveling on the road. And then it hit me that I only had one source of income, and in order for me to make money either my team or myself would have to leave home in order to get paid. That was not cutting it for me.

I was ready to start thinking outside of the box, but I knew that first I needed to get clear on my goals. After a tarot card reading session, mediation, and taking some time for myself, the answer hit me. I decided to go out on a limb and start another business as an online educator for creatives and beauty pros, teaching them how they can level up their mindset while growing their business. Sharing knowledge is something that I love to do because before I got to the point of where I am in business now, I was struggling trying to figure things out on my own. I didn’t want to invest in myself and I was scared that the money I would invest in online course, coaches and mentors wouldn’t pay off. But after I took the chance and hired a mindset and business coach, the world looked completely different. And that was the same moment that my business took off.

I want to provide people with clarity, confidence, and to let them know that they will never be given the “perfect moment and perfect situation” to start, they just have to go with a gut feeling, faith and confidence that they can do whatever they put their minds to.

What do you love most about working in the world of social media marketing?

I  have the ability to reach as many people as I want to. You can do as many or as few platforms as you want. As long as you have a set strategy, your time on social media can help you bring in more clients and more profit to your business regardless of the field you work in.

If you had one tip for an ambitious woman  looking to start a home-based business marketing online, what would it be?

My tip would be go for it! You will never know what could have been if you are too scared to make a decision to go for it. Stop waiting for the perfect time or more money because if you are not taking a chance today to make tomorrow look different you will always have the same struggles you have today. Try it out and give 100% effort and don’t be afraid to ask for help or guidance when you need it.

Make a Decision

by Sarah Rose

Are you fed up with being fed up and are ready to take your life to the next level but something is holding you back and you’re just not sure what the next step should be? I can relate, I’ve been there too, and once I learned the five emotions that lead to making significant changes in your life, I decided to decide and never looked back. Welcome to Week Two of my segment 7 Core Principals for Getting To The Top in Your Network Marketing Business. You can download the ebook here for free: https://sarahroseglobal.lpages.co/freebie/?fbclid=IwAR0fdlfg-dvWI9NO7q8Doz4tTi7w5YF3H0H-uMp7lv1CZ6atY357ICp6KnI. Here’s the video with more in depth information about deciding to decide and why it’s critical to do so in order to create success https://youtu.be/ZDl5rvMGmwU. And make sure to read through today’s blog post where I will be breaking down the second core principal: Making a Decision.

In the last four years working as an entrepreneur, I’ve discovered why so few people ever get to the top in business, and why they quit too soon (if they ever really get started in the first place). Here’s what’s missing: not many people are willing to make a decision and see it through. Feeding fear with a lack mentality creates a comfort zone so dense that the mere thought of making a shift seems daunting. To me, the opposite of decision is complacency, where nothing alters for the better, anxiety worsens, and we find ourselves spiraling out of control wondering when the next shoe is going to drop. Can you relate? Not to worry if the answer is yes, because figuring out which one of these emotions resonate most with you will help you smash through that zone of paralysis and step into your own magnificence.

  1. Disgust. This was the most powerful motivator for me, and the catalyst for going deep into personal growth and development by devouring all the library books and taking all the free courses I could get my hands on; then taking massive and immediate action on what I had just learned. I wasn’t a training junkie, nor did I get stuck in analysis paralysis having to learn every little detail before I got to work. Our financial crisis didn’t afford me the luxury of time or of getting into my own head, questioning myself or overthinking what I needed to do next. I had to get up and get to work even on the days when the crashing waves of depression and anxiety washed over me; I had to take control of my emotions and of my family’s financial future. I ran from the pain, it lit a fire under me and although I made lots of mistakes, I learned from them, and slowly but surely the successes started to stack up. When you get totally disgusted with your life, your failures or your disappointments, only then will you take action to change your life for the better. And girl let me tell you how I’ve been there: praying that the power wouldn’t be switched off, that the insurance payment would go through, and that even if the rent check cleared we would still have enough left over for groceries. I did not need someone to motivate me: I sought out the information I needed to formulate my plan, and I still act on it all day every damn day to leave that pain far in the past, bringing us closer to the pleasure of achieving the goal of time and financial freedom. What about you, are you sick and tired? If the answer is yes, then GOOD! Pull the plug and make a decision that you’re going to do that thing you’ve been putting off.
  2. Resolve. You can’t start a business to “give it a try,” to “dip a toe in,” or “see what happens.” Decide to dedicate the next three to five years to getting to the top. Get determined and use your emotional muscles to push you past fear and well out of your comfort zone, because that’s where all great things happen anyway. I mentioned in my last blog post that Joseph Campbell once said “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.” So ask yourself, what is it that you fear the most? As soon as the answer comes to you, resolve to act upon it. Once a year, once a quarter, and at the beginning of every month ask yourself, “What can I do right now to shine brighter, to add more value, to be more visible in the noisy world of social media?” By asking powerful questions, we are delivered powerful answers (divine guidance you might call it). Here’s another question to ask yourself: What does this current version of me need to learn or do to evolve to the higher level of me? Is it investing in that book or course or event; seeking out a mentor; starting a blog; going live; adding more value in your groups; collaborating with other like-minded girl bosses; creating a mastermind group; teaching a course; writing a book; starting a podcast; diversifying and aligning your social media channels? Building up your network and actively connecting with people, not just hiding behind your computer? Creating a follow up system and actually following up? Learning closing skills? Tracking your numbers? Asking for referrals? Running ads? Being more consistent? All of the above? When you increase your resolve by getting a purpose and by being on purpose, that fire in your belly will burn so bright it will be impossible to ignore it and take action on it. Do not let the whining winds of defeat, distractions, or shiny object syndrome blow you off your course of action. Sometimes easier said than done, but stay focused on your goals and dreams and don’t look left or right. There is no scarcity of opportunity to get to the top, indeed there is plenty of room there for us all. There is however, a scarcity of resolve to make it happen. Most people allow fear and complacency to hold them back, but that’s not you, you’re so much better than that. Resolve to stretch yourself far beyond the plateau of where you are now. It can be terrifying, dizzying even, but you can do so much more than you’re doing now, and you can take yourself so much further than you think you can go. And once you resolve to make a decision, you are going to impact the world in a way only you know how. Never underestimate your power.
  3. Desire. You will get that which is your burning desire in life. Nothing more, nothing less. What keeps you up late at night, what do you dream about, what wakes you up early, what do you ardently wish for? Focus on that, it will drive you beyond your wildest dreams if you feed it, water it and pay attention to it. Where focus goes, energy flows, and you can’t help but become successful when you show up consistently every day on purpose with desire to succeed in your business, nurturing it the same way you would do for your child.
  4. Pain. We make decisions to feel positive emotions and/or to move away from what brings us pain or discomfort. If you are having a tough time getting to the top, attach fear to not reaching the summit and instead work differently to get there. Whatever happens, do not quit, don’t even question that you are on the right path, because you most certainly are. This is the time to boss up, power up, and go find what works on You Tube or Google University. Learn new skills, go in search of new tools, tweak your strategy, seek out a mentor, find the books or courses you need to learn the answers that will get you there faster. Everything is figureoutable. If you want to conquer fear, don’t sit home and think about it. Get busy, get on with it. Pain: expect it, permit it. Every five years there will be upheaval in your life. Let life move you, sure, but keep pressing onwards in spite of and until. You must get there regardless of the pain life brings to test you.
  5. Decision itself. There are extreme consequences whether you make a decision that nothing will stop you from getting to the top, or if you decide to do nothing and allow things to stay as they are. For me there was no in between, there was and is no grey area: it’s black or white. If I’m going to put my heart and soul and effort and time and name to something, it is going to be successful. Maybe not overnight, maybe not even for a few years. But I will never give up, I will show up until. Once you’ve decided to decide, then there is no option except to go all in. And go all in fast, for success loves speed. You must formulate that plan and then get to work on it it every single day. Once you decide, your destiny will also be decided.

I learned this information because I couldn’t go another day stuck in the fear trap. I had to do something, and indecision was eating away at my soul. It wasn’t fair to myself or my family for me to stand still and do nothing. I’m not a tree and neither are you: we can move. If we aren’t happy with our circumstances, we must take responsibility to change them. It’s up to us to make the decision that we will not find ourselves in the same place a year from now that we find ourselves in today.
