Welcome beautiful friend, I am so excited that you’ve stumbled upon my blog post today. It’s no accident that you’re here, because you’re a woman on a mission to change your life by helping others to change theirs. You know there’s something more out there for yourself and your family, but you haven’t yet found “it.” You dream of living this other life, but you aren’t sure where or how to begin. That’s where I come in as your guide.

I’m Sarah Rose, and I’m on a mission to help as many ambitious women as possible earn what they’re worth and create a life they love, combining strategy and soul to help you create your own online business by divine. This week, we are exploring the Law of Correspondence and how it relates to business as well as to life.

The Law of Correspondence says as within, so without. This means that the world around you is a current reflection of what’s going on inside of you. If you’re in a place of lack, you will attract more lack. If you’re sad, anxious, depressed, angry, or resentful, you will attract more of the same. And I get it girlfriend, I lived in that space for YEARS. I’m not saying it’s easy, to just go flip the switch and start thinking positively, but I am suggesting that you reach for a better feeling. Maybe the better feeling is frustration.

Frustration is a powerful emotion and was the driving force to my making a change in my life four years ago when we hit a financial crisis and I had to go back to work from being a stay at home mom. Looking at the limited options in the realization that a traditional 9-5 wasn’t going to make a dent in our financial situation was gut-wrenching, and I didn’t want to miss any of the precious moments of my daughter’s childhood. Flexibility was key. I knew there was a better way, but I didn’t know if I had what it took to go self made. So I turned my frustration into fascination and went to work learning as much as I could as fast as I could about how I could turn our situation back around, and that’s when I found my calling. Helping other women in a similar situation to show them there is a way out, there is another way. Life does not have to be so hard.

It’s difficult to see that though, when you’re standing in the fire. As we lost everything, our house, one of our cars, many of our possessions, and our livelihood, I was full of resentment of our situation. I blamed everyone, not taking any responsibility myself. I was tired, pissed off, mumbling under my breath, screaming in my head “WHY ME?,” and a tearful hot mess that felt out of control, full of fear, anxiety, and worry. Blind to all of the blessings that were all around me. Until one day I woke up and decided I had just had enough of feeling like that. That angry woman was not who I am. I am happy, silly, playful, joyful, wealthy beyond measure, a giver, a friend, a lover, spiritual, with childlike curiosity and gratitude to the Universe. And I wanted that girl back. Can you relate?

It takes time and patience and self love, going to work harder on yourself than anything else. It started by weeding out my Facebook feed, unfollowing or unfriending anyone who posted negativity or about politics. It took backing off or out of relationships that were no longer serving me, and getting around happy, positive, driven people who would give me the kick in the pants I needed, rather than allowing me to wallow in my sorrow. Misery loves company, so if you’re feeling miserable and you’re surrounded by others who bitch and complain all the time too, it’s time to make a move my friend! Otherwise, you’re looking at a never-ending black hole of more of the same.

I devoured (and still do) books and podcasts that would help me with my mindset, and that’s when I found Abraham Hicks and learned how to meditate. I remembered to practice gratitude daily and set intentions for each day of what I wanted to accomplish.

It’s not easy to make a change, but it is necessary. Personal growth and development is critical to taking yourself from where you are today to where you want to be by this time in six weeks, six months or next year and beyond. Do you want to wake up in the same place a year from now or living the life of your dreams? It’s possible, but it is down to you. If you’re not happy with your current reality, do something about it. You’re not a tree, you can make a move!

Start today to do the inner work, you’re already doing it now by reading this! Make it a part of your daily routine, your DMO (Daily Method of Operation) to listen to that podcast, read that book, take that course, find that mentor. Don’t let another day go by that you don’t look within to start to fix what’s broken.

As you’re doing so, share your journey and what you are learning so that you can be a beacon of light for others in a dark place with no idea of how they can turn their life around. Show them what is possible by owning your emotions, and transforming your life, your self into the gorgeous goddess you already are. We rise by lifting others, and I promise that doing so, your results will come. You have everything within you that you need to be the CEO of your own life, now go do it!

If you are ready to take your life to the next level and you are serious about building a thriving online business that you are obsessed with, you can’t wait to wake up every morning and get to work, and feel that you’re positively vibrating every single day, then don’t wait another minute.
