Consistency and Persistency

by Sarah Rose

Can you believe how fast the summer has flown by? For many of us it’s back to school, and soon the holidays will be upon us and it will be another new year. The other day I asked myself, where will I be on this day a year from now? Will I be in the same place as I am today or so much further on? I will be nowhere near the same place I am today, I’ve slowed down my business this year considerably to go back to school and learn and implement new strategies and lay new foundations that will help me to 10x in 2020. I am on the right path and my success is inevitable. What about you? What do you need to do to take yourself from where you are today to where you’ve always wanted to be?

For those of you who are new to me, I’m Sarah and I’m on a mission to empower 100 ambitious women to earn what they’re worth and create a life they love. If you’re reading this, you are probably that ambitious woman who is looking to either start or scale your home-based business, but something has been holding you back from going all in. Maybe you don’t know the next steps to take, maybe it’s the the fear of failure. If you’ve not yet downloaded my FREE ebook the 7 Core Principles for Getting to the Top in Your Network Marketing Business, you can do so here: https://sarahroseglobal.lpages.co/freebie That’s the best place to start to get your mindset locked in place so you can embark on your next chapter: building a global online empire! Make sure to read today’s blog post as well where we will be diving in further to the last and final principle: consistency and persistency.

There are two reasons I believe entrepreneurs fail: one is by quitting. Success is always right around the corner, and it’s always too soon to quit. Just like in the story of the gold miner who gave up not realizing he was just five feet away from a gold mine. You too are on the right path and your success is inevitable as long as you do not quit, promise me you won’t give up on your dreams! The second reason is a lack of consistency and persistency. I hear it all the time, “If I could just be more consistent.” “I need to work on consistency.” “I know consistency is what I need to work on to be more successful.” Ok, well step one is acknowledging that this is your issue, now it’s time to do something about it!

It’s time to get it together girlfriend, take control of your consistent actions, for it’s not what we do once in awhile that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently. Being consistently inconsistent is never a good idea in business or in life! Show up when you say you’re going to, giving consistent outstanding value and leadership, you will become known for what you do. Consistency builds trust, which builds the relationships that are critical to growing a huge global business. And consistency is so rare, that if you do nothing more than meet commitments, show up, follow up, and teach others to do the same, you can get to the top!

Day in and day out, touch your business no matter what life throws at you. I consistently hear every excuse in the book as to why people don’t show up, and I think to myself wow, I’ve actually been through that and so much more and STILL made my business a priority, even in the face of adversity. We must be consistently persistent, even on the days when we feel like giving up.

Persistence is the ability to face defeat again and again without giving up, overcoming every obstacle to do all that’s necessary to get to the top. Push on in the face of great difficulty and have the power to hold on in spite of everything, and endure. Roadblocks are just tests to see how badly you want to get to the top. When you find your inner strength in tough times, you will persist and come out at the top. When you think of 1,001 reasons not to work your business, this is the time to push yourself the hardest. And this is when you will see that the habit of persistence is the habit of victory.
